For parents, Kathy wrote Encouraging Your Child, and has been told her second book, Staying Sane as You Homeschool, should have been titled Staying Sane as You Raise Kids. Kathy is best known for writing Homeschooling Your Struggling Learner, a handbook for anyone helping children with challenges, including ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and/or giftedness. Her books are based on her experience, research, and interviews with 64 parents homeschooling children with learning disabilities. Kathy will offer several workshops and individual consultations throughout the week.

Programs for Children and Teens
Be sure to register early as the children and teen programs fill up fast! Once classes are full, we will maintain a waiting list in case of cancellations.
Babies to teens will have age-appropriate programs with activities led by experienced caregivers and educators and designed to reach all learning styles.
Infants/Toddlers:
Infants and Toddlers will receive loving care from a team of childcare workers and Preschoolers will have their own program of crafts, stories and physical activities.
Ages 5-12:
The program theme for children ages 5-12 this year is Ancient Rome. Activities will promote group skills in addition to academic knowledge. Music, physical activities and crafts will round out a fun-filled week! This program is appropriate only for children who are fluent in English.
Teens:
We love teens at SHARE! Our staff is eager to spend the week with you. Come join us for awesome fellowship, inspirational worship, and creative, hilarious activities. In addition, our speakers have prepared topics just for you. From the first evening, you will meet new friends and reconnect with friends you haven't seen in a while. And don't forget the field trip! We want you to have a great week where you can connect with the Lord and hang out with other TCK's who "get" you. We can't wait to see you!
Teens desiring to participate in career discovery may register for the Career Direct online assessment and meet with a consultant at the conference. The cost is $55.
Please note that we are holding the teen program to 50 in efforts to better serve our wonderful teens! Please consider coming to Greece if you do not get a place in the Hungary conference. At both conferences, the programs will be the same theme and activities, with the exception of the field trip destination.
